A brief history of OSMA

In 1963 Erio Mezzetti and Luigi Giorgi established a company that produced metal grilles in Bologna, Italy called "Giorgi and Mezzetti".
In 1969 OSMA was formed by Giuseppina Tinarelli and Bruna Naldi with its base in the Quarto Inferiore district of Bologna.
In 1976 Bruna Naldi (the wife of Luigi Giorgi) conveyed her shares to Erio Mezzeti, thereby redefining OSMA.
In 1980 OSMA was incorporated.
In 1984 OSMA relocated its headquarters from Quarto Inferiore to Via Marconi in Bologna.
